Let’s break down the Governments OPPOSITION

Remember in the above post we spoke about the words and the language which is very important. We must overstand the words and how the language is being used against WE.

Due Process WE are all afforded Due Process under the Law. The Law being the Constitution. In the Constitution you will find various Amendments. We will start off with the 1st Amendment. Another very important Amendment is the 6th Amendment this is where we all have Right to face our accusers. There also has to be a plaintiff and a defendant. And the plaintiff a living breathing man or women has brought a claim against another man or women. Then finally We must mention the words. We are all innocent until proven guilty. Not you are guilty and you must prove yourself innocent which is how these courts work.

WE will notice in the example below the MOTION TO DISMISS OPPOSITION. From the very first couple of lines Trevor Brown has had his Due Process already broken
